If nothing happens when ‘taspo’ is touched, the following causes can be considered:

The card is used with an object that obstructs the electromagnetic waves
(precious metals or coins, aluminum material traced in silver paper or scratch cards). |

‘taspo’ card is broken or damaged.
If this is the case, have your ‘taspo’ card reissued. |

If an error occurs, the card reader will light in red and you will be warned with voice guidance.
| When the following voice guidances are generated, please call the ‘taspo’ number: |

‘taspo’ card cannot be used. |
| ● |
‘taspo’ card needs to be reissued. |
